We knew that our customer was in search of a blackhead product that worked—and we wanted to give her that solution, without the pain, squeezing, and damage that’s often associated with getting rid of blackheads.
Competing against the instant gratification and “Instagramability” of pore strips and peel-off masks meant that we needed to get her attention quickly, and then educate her on just how effective, yet nice to her skin, our product was. Our launch campaign consisted of emails, site assets, including a detailed education module, and social.
